Talent Acquisition Operations is an essential pillar within the HR Shared Service model and is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive key Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives, with a focus on driving automated solutions and operating model efficiency.

This position is responsible for accomplishing results through both self-driven and collaborative efforts, to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of the Talent Acquisition Operations Business Improvement Strategy.

The successful candidate will work in close partnership with both Global Program Owner’s for Background Screening and Onboarding, along with other business/functional heads to: 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects end-to-end:  identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results, and getting buy-in for change
  • Drive critical transformation and ensure that strategic recommendations are driven through to implementation, by providing thorough management and oversight enabling best in class execution
  • Oversee and manage Change Request queue and help drive prioritization with Technology
  • Act as liaison between Technology and operations to ensure transparency and communicate deliverables and priorities effectively to all stakeholders
  • Guide / execute analysis of our process both systemic and operational to identify opportunity to optimize
  • Ensure tracking and measuring are in place for all initiatives, designing relevant project-specific metrics and scorecards

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ extensive experience in strategy development, business support, transformation and execution, with in a Financial Service firm Preferred, but not Required.
  • Experience in process optimization and productivity; demonstrates clear understanding of performance drivers and decision making to maximize results
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy.  Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong presence, communication skills and ability to influence others and deliver clearly articulate presentations to senior leaders
  • Ability to influence and direct a team of cross-functional, knowledgeable professionals
  • Understands the role of data as a strategic asset. Strong quantitative skills. Experience managing, visualizing, and drawing insights from big data.
  • An understanding of HR Shared Service function and experience in an HR pillar preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
