The Change Management (CM) Communications is a senior-level professional responsible for developing internal facing communications for the three CM teams (COO, Resource, Location & Strategy and Citi Realty Services).  The successful candidate will coordinate all communications across each of the teams, regions and functions to highlight progress and achievements. 

Responsibilities

  • Embedded employee communications specialist within an Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) Change Management unit.
  • Manage and develop effective employee communications in support of Change Management, Citi Realty Services and Resource & Location Strategy to meet key business goals and maintain a positive image of the company
  • Support communication efforts regarding EO&T transformation, change initiatives and the Citi Way.
  • Develop message and channel strategy to deliver engaging, high-quality communications
  • Support leadership communications through written, in-person or video to engage targeted populations
  • Ensure communications are in alignment with the company’s strategies, goals objectives and brand.
  • Monitor, track and analyze measurement/metrics to adjust communication planning and execution as needed to improve engagement.
  • Creation of communication campaigns, plans and targeted messages dependent upon voice of the employee strategies.
  • Collaborate and support the wider team on strategic priorities and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated track record of managing successful, internal communications programs that employ creativity and use a variety of tools, forums and media.
  • Experience in working with executives and a proven ability to effectively counsel and advise on a wide range of topics. 
  • Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence executives as well as writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude.
  • Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Creativity and openness to try new approaches / willingness to fail fast and learn.
  • A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset to integrate business strategy into all communications.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to managing workload.
  • Strong writing skills. 
  • Offers creative ideas and solutions, approaches problem-solving from multiple perspectives.
  • Collaborative work style
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in communications including digital media to positively influence internal messaging.
  • Basic skills in working with graphics. (i.e., sizing / resizing images)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
