Job description:

  • Plan and execute credit card customer early engagement journey to strengthen customer engagement with the bank
  • In charge of credit card product/service related API plan and launch
  • Work closely with Citi technology to plan and launch credit card product related projects
  • Thorough knowledge and analysis of competitors’ credit card customer early engagement process
  • Co-work with and manage internal and external partners for projects and BAU activities
  • Monthly MIS of credit card customer early engagement performance
  • Periodic research and update of competitors’ credit card early engagement journey
  • Monthly research and update of open banking API policy and used cases

Requirement:

  • Thorough knowledge of credit card products
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese speaking and writing
  • Think Strategically
  • Good understanding of card products
  • Team player
