Senior Manager of Digital Experience will develop and manage digital content and optimization strategies that drive digital efficiency, client growth and innovation across all Citibank consumer businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Digital Channel Strategies (Web, Mobile & Digital Communications) to deliver a remarkable customer experience via best in class content and user experience, driven by data and best practice deployment

  • Optimize the platform and process for Content management of Website and Digital Communications

  • Build relationship with developer and programmer talents from onshore and offshore partners

  • Manage the banks Search Engine Optimization strategy working with local and regional stakeholders to drive incremental organic traffic to meet annual targets

  • Meet digital content KPI’s, including but not limited to:

    • Organic traffic growth

    • Content platform stability, enhancements and performance

    • Delivery of content on SLA

    • Customer NPS

  • Project management of key digital initiatives to deliver positive outcomes that are aligned with business goals and deadlines

  • Facilitate customer diversification and optimization across all digital channels

  • Attend digital industry events and courses to remain up to date with industry trends and innovations. Share all relevant learnings and opportunities with the Citibank digital community identifying best practice areas to deliver on and implementing the same, working with business partners

  • Support and where required lead the business in the implementation and/or upgrade of digital tools and marketing technology including but not limited to; Analytics, Personalization, Content management, Channel optimization, Tag management, Email and Short Message code publishing. Leverage local, regional and global relationships to ensure timely delivery of key projects and initiatives

  • Stay consistently ahead of competition by conducting analytical reviews of competitors' offerings to identify key areas for improvements and seek opportunities to build quality experiences for customers digitally

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, with particular attention given to Marketing, Regional and Global Digital Banking, Corporate Affairs, Customer Experience and Product Stakeholders (Cards, Loans, Retail and Private Bank).Operate as the subject matter expert on content strategy, web analytics, and tracking implementation


Qualifications


Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years work experience in a marketing/digital or technology department of a financial institution

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems such as Drupal, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS platforms

  • Foundation in Digital User Experience

  • Expertise on Search Engine Optimisation

  • Strong numerical capability and understanding of digital analytics to drive insights

Desirable

  • Experience working with Fintech Vendors

  • Understanding of media attribution modelling

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working on Application or Lead Forms for financial services

Skills: (technical skills)

  • Strong, written & verbal communication skills

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office skills and experience

  • Adaptable, resilient and flexible

  • Energetic and highly motivated

  • Strive for continuous self-development and results oriented

  • Strong supplier relationship management skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of web deployment processes

Desirable

  • Adobe Analytics/Site Catalyst reporting

  • Knowledge in Ad tech & Mar tech/ tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Doubleclick, Adobe campaign manager & Tag manager
