The Digital Sales & Marketing Team is on the lookout for an energetic, results driven Marketing Manager to drive Citi-branded credit cards, personal loan and buy now, pay later (BNPL) acquisition marketing specialising in campaign management and execution across Salesforce marketing cloud.

We have an unique opportunity for a 1:1 marketing specialist to design, build and optimise customer journeys to build and grow established relationships within the acquisition marketing team. To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to have hands on experience in building and enhancing customer communications and journeys. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

Your challenge is threefold:

Campaign Management:

  • Drive the offer fulfilment strategy with building the 1:1 email and SMS journeys to customers to enhance their experience and stay engaged within Citibranded credit cards, personal loans and BNPL products

  • Solution focus approach to drive improved customer experience within the manual offer fulfilment within the current marketing technology stack (Salesforce)

  • Devise the strategy for a manual application salvage solution to winback incomplete apps through Salesforce initiatives

  • Accountable for initiatives and develop marketing assets to help drive incremental account volume across Citibranded credit cards, personal loans and BNPL product, including but not limited to new offer launches, new partnership launches, creative refreshes, email campaigns.

  • Lead the execution for campaign rolls out for responsible initiatives, engaging with partners and colleagues to execute as required

  • Be accountable for the Digital Experience Optimisation to enhance Citi web properties for responsible campaigns to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong conversion rates.

Campaign Execution:

  • Execution of the weekly/daily email/SMS to customer that are eligible for the offer and other campaigns

  • Management of the salesforce cloud pages to capture customer details for offer fulfilment and other campaigns

  • Develop and optimise, in collaboration with Product teams, the customer value propositions, key messages and creative concepts as part of the Go-To-Market strategy

  • Engage creative and media agencies and collaborate with in-house marketing specialists to stand up a best practice website and execute your full-funnel acquisition marketing strategy, including but not limited to digital and 1:1 data-driven communications

  • Create engaging and effective marketing campaigns targeting new applicants with execution through all available touchpoints including email, SMS, website personalisation, in-app advertising, push notifications, and audience-based digital display

  • Monitor and optimise the performance of existing offer fulfillment journeys

Reporting:

  • Proactively share campaign success metrics, insights, and future enhancements on all active campaigns

  • Develop automated reporting for initiative management to report on success metrics including clicks, conversion rates, approvals rates, applications, and accounts

About you:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing Commerce or related discipline

  • Minimum 4 years in Marketing. 

  • Proficiency in excel and data insight mining

  • Strong background in email marketing with demonstrated proficiency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud including journey builder and exact target. Experience with Sinch or other messaging everywhere platforms is a plus

  • You’ve got a proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse array of individuals, and are comfortable being challenged and holding others to account.

  • You’re accustomed to working to tight deadlines, but also comfortable when priorities shift.

  • Thrives in a fast paced, innovative, collaborative, and commercial environment
