This role is responsible for engaging new to bank and existing clients with Citi’s wealth management digital experience. It involves optimizing the website customer journeys, management of MBOL and CBOL campaigns and implementing SEO best practice to drive growth for the Retail Bank through online channels


  • Manage CBOL content changes, leveraging the latest user experience and testing methodologies.
  • Drive the campaign landing page strategy; optimise our use of existing designs and modules, design new ones, agitate for enhancements to our CMS to improve conversion rates and speed to market
  • Design, build and maintain web pages for Citibank online (pre-login public site), campaign conversion pages, and mini-sites
  • Design, build, monitor and rollout learnings from website personalisation leveraging adobe audiences, layout and content tests - Work with Corporate affairs to initiate and manage sustainable link building activities
  • Build and manage website Analytics Dashboarding for the products of responsibility
  • Create an SEO roadmap for the products of responsibility and work with other content stakeholders to implement and report on impact
  • Accountable for driving improvements in our online environments with the goal of increased satisfaction and conversion of website visitors
  • Drive the segment and wealth content strategy for specific products
  • Work with Campaign Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Sky Banking Team, CitiPhone and Digital Banking to ensure Customer Value Proposition and service standards are delivered by supporting the Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers to drive portfolio efficiencies, customer experience via Net Promoter Score and PFDR
  • Monitor Net Promoter Score and suggest improvements to segment customer experience
  • Monitor market and consumer trends as well as competitors activities and identify initiatives to achieve competitive advantage
  • Prudently manage the budget, including optimisation, accruals and invoicing, to ensure targets and return on investment metrics are exceeded
  • Monitor and socialise key campaign metrics by preparing detailed post implementation reviews. Use these learnings to inform future campaign/channel strategies
  • Manage compliance communication updates and product updates as required by product or compliance


  • Minimum 5 years work experience – banking and telecommunications experience valued
  • Tertiary qualified in digital marketing or related discipline
  • Strong, written and verbal communication skills & competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong digital sales, conversion rate optimization experience
  • Experience with Adobe and CMS
  • Strong numerical and financial capability
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives to effectively deliver high-quality, sustainable results
  • Lateral thinker who demonstrates drive and commitment to delivering innovative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills
