Citi Cards, Campaign Execution - Senior Analyst

Locations: Sydney, New South Wales Job Function: Business Analysis Employee Status: Regular Job ID: 19117639

The Senior Campaign Support Analyst is responsible for the overall performance of the Campaign Support unit, a specialised team that supports Citi's Cards and Consumer Lending Sales teams in delivering campaigns to market, resolving related issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end system implementation of Credit Card & Consumer Lending marketing campaign activities for all Citi branded products & all Partner products
  • Ownership and actioning the inward briefing process, campaign creation, outward briefing process, campaign timelines, campaign testing, campaign maintenance & upkeep, and the quality control processes
  • Prioritising execution of all campaigns in line with business unit’s priorities, ensuring all stakeholder’s expectations are managed and that required testing is performed
  • Conducting post implementation reviews to evaluate performance, and to identify “lessons learned” and required process improvements
  • Managing the various internal communications channels, ensuring all channels are continually improved to increase the outreach to employees


  • 3-5 years relevant experience, financial services preferred
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in a global organisation highly regarded
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of processing systems (ECS+ Eclipse/CI, Rewards, COPS)
