This role will be responsible for the ongoing management and execution of the optimised customer contact and data framework for Citi's Global Consumer Bank businesses. The focus will be on the value addition on customer contact design, efficiency improvement and timely delivery of agreed activities/Projects. The role also involves understanding of Citi campaign and customer relationship systems, digital channels and campaign execution process thereby develop automated solutions. Work with regional teams to implement and align with regional framework on data and analytics management.
Understanding of Citi systems eclipse, COPs, ECRM and generic CRM tools Salesforce. SAS hands on experience is a must to be successful in the role.
Key accountabilities include:
Co-ordinate with Business units to design and development campaign, MI requirements.
Allocate tasks within Data and Analytics management units.
Implement automated and dynamic servicing offers creation process by leveraging COPS & system schedulers
Work with regional teams on servicing communications and data requirements enhancement, efficiency improvement and standardization.
Maintain updated documentation on process and procedures , controls and QA artifact
Provide adequate training for necessary programming & system skills for team members.
Provide monthly dashboard on delivery status for key stakeholders
Work with MIS team to develop regular tracking on all activities and update business teams on key metrics. Accordingly suggest business for optimisation of business activities.
Prioritize and manage project activities when new project initiatives are to be supported.
Proficiency on Analytical & data base management & process engineering background
Required SAS trained professional with minimum 10 years’ experience
Required Salesforce experienced professional
Required COPS system and knowledge of pallet set ups
Working knowledge of Citi Systems- Eclipse and ECRM
Strong attention to detail, and high level QA skills
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder requirements
Excellent communication skills
Offshore team management and working with regional stakeholders preferred
Previous banking knowledge – systems, processes - is required
