Responsibilities
The Technology Lead Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to analyze and understand the business strategy and business architecture.
- Should be able to articulate the clearly the biz value, customer value for every CGW initiative for APAC
- Should involve in evaluating the functional and technology solutions and should contribute the leverage the existing solutions across CGW segments
- Should be able to design and communicate Technology news letters on the accomplishments and achievements with
- Identify opportunities for leveraging, optimizing the current capabilities around business and technology
- Able to define and refine the business architecture for all the CGW products, services and functions
- Create, evaluate, assess and evolve different customer and non-customer journeys
- Able to contribute and represent any new initiatives in CGW and should conceptualize and co-create with other stakeholders
- Closely work with Regional , Global, Countrybus on Book of work, projects and other initiatives.
- Analyzethe initiatives into different themes and groups to enable better decision making in prioritization
- Need to present different views to different stakeholders on different type of initiatives to communicate the technology complexity and the value.
- Able to create white papers on emerging needs and demands.
Qualifications:
- More than 12 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services
- Experience in Banking, wealth management domains in business / technology
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Solutioning and other techno functional skills
- Understanding of technical design, technical solutions, the nature and constraints around solutions.
- Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
- Strong communication skills,
- Expert presentation skills.
- Constant learner and creative.
- Good interpersonal, relationship building skills
- Problem solving skills around technology and able to connect the dots.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
