The core objective of the Regional Sales Platform & Technology Demand Management Lead is to drive transformation in the digital platforms & tools used by Frontline sales team and manage Retail & Wealth technology book of work for the region. This person will work closely with key stakeholders across region, markets, Data & Analytics, Digital & Technology teams to ensure a seamless & best-in-class experience to Frontline Sales teams to drive efficiency and own outcomes such as (i) Increased usage of new CRM systems (ii) Improved sales productivity on key metrics (iii) annual revenue targets for regional campaigns. Additionally, this individual will also manage Retail & Wealth Technology Demand Prioritization process across BAU and strategic initiatives.


Sales Platforms Management:

  • Build the strategy (& end state vision) of Regional CRM platform, including integration with Wealth products, engagement & digital client platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regional & country business, Data & Analytics, Digital & Technology teams to develop the implementation roadmap, secure alignment & budget.
  • Manage a team of product owners, analysts to develop RM journeys, prioritize & deliver features for quarterly releases, drive & track success metrics to increase usage of the platform and support markets through roll-out, training and launch phases
  • Establish required forums to incorporate frontline feedback, including Frontline Advisory Council, Change Management reviews, training, product demonstration, launch & adoption communication, regular senior management reviews.
  • Develop a framework to simplify regional campaign communication to frontline teams, tracking & reporting campaign performance in collaboration with Product, Data & Analytics and market teams.

Retail & Wealth Technology Demand Management:

  • Collaborate with program sponsors, product owners, country representatives to review regional and country submissions of Retail & Wealth projects to define Annual technology Book of work
  • Work with product owners, country representatives, regional demand & technology teams to drive Retail & Wealth agenda with focus on alignment to overall business strategic directions and net benefits to decide quarterly prioritization
  • Represent Regional Retail Bank in regular Working Committee meetings to opine on project requests to validate criticality, estimations, etc.
  • Present prioritization recommendations to country & regional leadership team for review / approval.
  • Manage communications on prioritized initiatives with regional products, technology and country teams.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • 15+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
  • Strong understanding of sales & distribution processes, Wealth products, campaign management & client experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Experience in project management & familiar with agile principles
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior management
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators
  • Team player with ability to negotiate, persuade and adapt to competing priorities with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrate through delivery of projects the ability to motivate and influence business partners to deliver on milestones/commitments
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
