The Sales Support Analyst will be part of the Relationship Services Team - Sales Services Unit, providing a range of sales or service-related support to the business in meeting overall branch sales and service goals :


Responsibilities:

  • Operating as an independent unit to assist stakeholders in fulfilling sales requirements by providing multiple maintenance support and administering controls surrounding various transaction processes.
  • Process online transactions, ensuring timeliness of execution, accuracy of entries and adequacy of approvals are in place.
  • Conduct review of the surveillance reports.
  • Operate as a focused-unit or liaison to handle queries and controls.
  • Conduct daily post-transaction review on customers’ accounts.
  • Participate and assist in ad hoc assignments/projects for the business.
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
  • Strong analytical ability required to review customer information in accordance to policies.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate great attention to details.
  • Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fresh Graduate may be considered.
