Description :

The candidate will be part of the Sales Services Unit, providing the following sales or service-related support to the business:

  • Conduct review of the surveillance reports.
  • Operate as an independent unit providing maintenance support and administering controls  surrounding various transaction processes.
  • Process online transaction, ensuring timeliness of execution, accuracy of entries and adequacy of approvals are in place.
  • Operate as a focused-unit or liaison to handle queries and controls.
  • Conduct daily post-transaction review on customers’ accounts.
  • Participate and assist in ad hoc assignments/projects for the business.
  • General administrative duties.

Minimum Qualification :

  • Diploma Holder with at least 3 years' of banking experience
  • Fresh graduates may be considered

Skills and Competencies :

  • Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Strong analytical ability required to review customer information in accordance to policies
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively 
  • Show great attention to details
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously
  • Positive and pro-active attitude
  • Strong communication skills (written / verbal)
