Description

TTS Regional Sales team drives additional revenue growth for the business by winning regional & global Cash Management mandates for both Asian and Global multi-national corporate (MNC) clients. The team works with various stakeholders to prospect, originate and close new business for Asia. This is achieved with advanced subject matter expertise in treasury services product knowledge across payments, collections, liquidity management and channels solutions, plus thought leadership in cash and treasury management trends and best practices.

Citi Commercial Banking business has been growing rapidly in double digits in the last several years and is the biggest growth engine for TTS Asia Pacific. Growth is expected to continue strongly with further acceleration driven by CCB 2.0 strategy and continued investment in resourcing. In CCB, many clients have increasing presence in multiple countries outside their home markets and the treasury needs continue to evolve. To help capture the business opportunity, a regional sales manager has been dedicated to cover CCB segment for both Asia inbound and outbound opportunities and drive the Cash Management revenue growth in Asia.

This new position will be a client-facing sales role and work closely with TTS Regional sales to cover CCB clients that have multi-country cash management opportunities with focus on Asian parented MME and Digital clients as well as US parented GNI & MME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will work closely with key stakeholders covering CCB clients for:

  • Originating cross-border opportunity with bankers/ country sales globally
  • Participating in client meetings to identify needs
  • Managing pro-active pitches and RPFs
  • Structuring and coordinating solutions for clients
  • Preparing and presenting clients sales presentations
  • Maintaining and updating cash management pipelines
  • Converting pipeline deals into actual sales wins through active dialogue with banks/ country sales and clients
  • Working with implementation team to ensure deals won are implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Working with bankers/ country sales to track and ensure quick revenue realization after implementation
  • Educating on TTS products and sharing product updates with bankers/ country sales
  • Equipping product knowledge by participating in trainings and initiatives
  • Attending regular team and sales meetings 
  • Building TTS and CCB network across all functions, sectors and countries

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Sales or other relevant client facing areas with business management experience
  • Advanced cash management and treasury services product knowledge
  • Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor status with clients
  • Ability to present/sell solutions
  • Experience in delivering results and meeting individual financial goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Teamwork and deadline focused
  • Must be a self-starter with initiative and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task various regional deals
