You are tasked to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by cross-selling Citigold proposition to individual customers, companies, and affluent segments. You will help organize Citigold events and prepare marketing materials, as well as conduct telesales activities to affluent segment clients. In addition, you shall engage Branch Banking Managers and Citigold Relationship Managers to increase overall NTB Citigold for assigned branch, at the same time, maintain regular MIS of Citigold acquisition sales for department.
If you are a tertiary degree holder with at least 2 years of excellent retail banking sales experience, this position will appeal to you. You should also possess new relationship acquisition skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. Highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and events management skills will have every opportunity to excel.

Knowledge / Experience /
2 years of excellent retail banking sales experience
Experience in telesales
