Citi at Work is a sales channel for the retail bank which focuses on acquiring and managing companies in targeted industries and enrolling their employees in the Citi at Work program. The Citi at Work program provides these employees with the opportunity to enjoy a full suite of banking privileges at the convenience of their workplace with a step up offer from the bank.


As part of our dynamic sales team, we are seeking for Business Acquisition Managers who are highly driven and self-starter as part of our aggressive expansion for continuous growth in this market segment. You will operate in a competitive banking environment where our professionals seek to deliver superior performance in the areas of client acquisition, i.e., onboarding clients to our platform of service. 

The incumbent will be working closely across Citi’s Franchise & C level management of organization. The principal responsibilities include acquiring new clientele base to Citi at Work proposition. He/she will also be have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships ranging from small-medium enterprises to multinationals, and independently drive the acquisition of new corporate relationships to grow the portfolio size and profitability.


Other responsibilities includes:-

  • Operating in a competitive banking environment to sign new companies onto the CAW employee banking and benefits program, manage existing relationships to ensure regular contact and employee engagement and manage company and customer expectations with regards to new account origination and fulfillment.
  • Collaboration with internal teams across Corporate and Commercial banking, Product, Marketing and Sales teams to secure new relationships and run a series of high-quality events designed to engage the employees of target companies and bring the bank to the workplace.
  • Providing regular business updates so that the company and the employees can be well-informed and stand to benefit from the full range of preferential products and services across the banking, cards, auto & home loans, insurance & wealth management spectrum offered through Citi At Work.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred 
  • Proven ability to deliver sales results in a B2B environment
  • Process/project management and relationship building skills
  • Events management sales and execution experience preferred  
  • Ability to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle complexity and balance multiple priorities
