Financial Analyst - Assistant Vice President
The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth disciplinary knowledge to generate and analyze reports as well as contribute to the development of new techniques to improve processes and work-flow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and review financial performance in both base case, sensitivity analysis and stress case scenarios. Financial performance encompassing full P&L, drivers, and key metrics for Singapore governance forum
- Active participation in monthly and quarterly forecasts, strategic and operating plans at legal entity and management basis for Singapore franchise
- Identify and present opportunities & risks as part of management review to CFO, and key stakeholders
- Drive and Execute strategic initiatives in partnership with business and across teams
- Assist in governance, risk & controls relating to FP&A. Support on regulatory submission (IWST, ICAAP, CCAR).
- Manage the governance and connectivity of EUCs, Models, IRE reporting used in FP&A function.
- Develop and align automation tools, analytical capability, and data to aid in FP&A related forecasting, including participating in Ruby developments.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience working with a variety of financial platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
