Responsibilities

The Core Operations Transformation Manager role reports to the Core Operations head and will be responsible for driving operational transformation and expense management to achieve business goals. The role be partnering businesses as well as local and regional partners to simplify, re-engineer and automate the Core Operations processes, leveraging RPA and other tools. The role will also support the Core Operations Head in the day-to-day running of the function which may include adhoc responsibilities/tasks.

Abilities, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving operational transformation and expense management to achieve business goals
  • Work across different functions within business and including working with global/regional/CSC teams to deliver projects/initiatives
  • Champion the automation drive in Core Operations using Robotics Process Automation & other emerging technology/tools
  • Grasp and assimilate information throughout multiple business units and make / influence fact-based hypothesis
  • Support the Core Operations function on overall expense management goals, including monthly expense plan and outlook as well as annual expense/budget planning
  • Showcase Core Operations function using available data such as volume (MIS), trends etc and put together management slides deck communications
  • Support the Core Operations Head and unit heads on the daily running of the team that may include adhoc tasks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree holder with about 8-10 years of substantial experience in Operations management
  • Able to work independently and able to deliver under time constraints
  • Ability to communicate enhancement and changes to processes/platforms with partners in IT and work to drive change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under high pressure situations
  • Meticulous and eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of basic accounting and financial planning and analysis concepts
  • Process Improvement skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS access, MS excel, Power point)
  • Project Management Skills
