The successful candidate will be supporting SG Credit Operations for on all control related deliverables (including Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) review, audits & regulatory reviews, key control initiatives and process, timely escalation and cap closure. This role would also give the incumbent opportunity to understand and cover processes & control in all 3 units in Credit Operations i.e. Credit Initiation, Collection & Fraud. In addition, he / she will work closely with key partners (Ops Managers, Business Control partners, Business) to support SG Consumer Ops Control lead in enforcing strong control governance framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SG Credit Ops on the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) and ensure timeliness of QRA results.
  • Responsible for Quality reviews, oversight and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KPIs) for Credit Ops
  • Work closely with Credit Ops Managers and SG Business Risk & Controls (SG BRC) to support MCA Transformation Program as part of Country controls management and monitoring framework.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory reviews requests.
  • Close partnership with SG Ops control team to support SG Consumer Ops Control lead in enforcing strong control governance framework.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Ops experience with attention to details and possesses good analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • An independent worker who has the ability to work under pressure and multi task.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
