Support the Asia TTS (Treasury & Trade Solutions) Business in implementing the data transformation program, ensuring timely and accurate data for business decision making and reporting. Leading regulatory related data needs as the first line including data quality issues resolution, data tracing & lineage, data consumption requirements, identification of Critical Data Elements and proactively identifying gaps in data management capabilities. In particular, the key responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate on the execution of the Data Transformation Strategy ensuring alignment between the Enterprise Data Strategy and TTS Business data priorities
  • Ensure that enterprise-wide data initiatives meet the needs of TTS APAC business requirements
  • Ensure execution of program milestones on time, provide timely reporting of potential risks to delivery, and incorporate milestone reporting and changes
  • Monitor specific key data metrics for TTS APAC; establish additional key data metrics
  • Drive compliance with policies/standards (e.g. data quality) and adoption of data governance capabilities
  • Review and report the effectiveness of the enterprise data management standards relevant to TTS
  • Ensure processes are in place so that data, throughout its lifecycle, is accurate, consistent, timely, and complete and there is integrity in processing in order to facilitate timely and accurate management and regulatory reporting
  • Work with Process Owners to ensure that appropriate Data Quality rules and controls are in place within their processes, review process maps including Data Domains, Data Concepts and Data Elements and make updates to account for business or regulatory driven changes
  • Support the business in their understanding of risk, regulatory, and management reporting requirements specific to the data management risk stripe
  • Work with Enterprise Data office to develop and execute on a risk-based approach to implementation of the data risk and controls that prioritize controls that will maximize risk reduction for the business / function / region


  • Experience in business analysis, developing standards, processes, specifications, and data policies
  • Has leadership capabilities and capable of performing conflict resolution & skilled in problem solving
  • Capable of driving initiatives within businesses, function, and across the enterprise. Ability to communicate strategic insights and updates with executive stakeholders
  • Understanding of data analysis, Data Quality rules and controls, data sourcing, and Data Quality along with lineage tools, technical infrastructure, and IT constraints is a plus
  • Knowledge of TTS product and systems i.e. Liquidity, Commercial Cards, Payments & Receivable and Trade is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Citi’s Data Strategy and data quality requirements, is preferred.


  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex data governance issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting the business environment
  • Excellent relationship management and consulting skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals; strong commitment to high quality standards
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives
  • Ability to apply and coach the principles of operational excellence, development of problem statements and action plans, as well as value stream mapping, project planning and systematic problem solving
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
