Responsibilities
As an Client Reporting Analyst Team Lead you will contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives by providing the best service to Private Bank Clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing performance reporting and tailored reporting summaries. The team will be responsible of review of accounts performance correctness, root cause classification and fixing the account prior to release, and handle reporting enquires and reporting demands. Perfect candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical team player with the ability to independently complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to address quality & efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversea the performance reporting team in validating daily and monthly performance returns
Provide guidance, investigate and resolve performance reporting issues
Ensure that the relevant data integrity and data quality controls are in place
Oversea the tailored reporting team supporting Private Bankers with their client reporting needs like financialtransactional and/or performance reporting
Interacting with Bankers/ ABs to understand their client reporting needs and to provide guidance to them on our reporting tools
Provide updates to both global and regional teams and peers on metrics
Coordinate interactions with other CPB teams for issue investigation and resolution
Review of existing processes and recommend solutions to improve the processes via automation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience within financial institution (ex. performance reporting, middle office, settlement, fund accounting, reconciliation related function
Understanding of the nature of work within banking operations
Demonstrate a good understanding of performance measurement and calculations
Analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience
Detail-orientated with good organizational skills
Client focused individual with strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ownership to complete assigned tasks independently
SQL or VBA knowledge would be a plus
University degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of investment and financial products
Education:
- Bachelors/Univeristy degree
