  • Act as a knowledge expert on the Markets related product and implement CCB product strategies and achieve planned revenue and volume target;
  • Understand the local markets competition and customer needs to translate market opportunities into suitable and appropriate product solutions or enhancements;
  • Engage in joint calls with CCB bankers and providing ongoing product support to identify markets related opportunities and track the overall result;
  • Responsible for new FX Client Acquisition marketing and increase markets penetration for CCB China existing portfolio;
  • Speed up flow revenue generation and drive new market exploration;
  • Accomplish other assigned initiative task to drive FX business;
  • To ensure all deals are in compliance with local country regulations and Citi policies.


  • At least 6 years of in banking or markets related experience
  • Solid knowledge of commercial banking and markets
  • Strategic thinking with vision for big-picture
  • Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication to maintain close contact with internal and external partnerships
  • Good presentation skills and ability to create trust based relationships with customers in the responsible portfolio
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks, projects, initiatives simultaneously in a timely manner
  • Quick Learner with proven capacity to scan new ideas/identify new solutions and cognitive capability to absorb them and translate the new learnings into productive action for CCB bankers and clients
  • Self-motivated individual, result oriented
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in the use of Office software, such as Excel/PPT/Word/etc.
  • Good team player.


  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
