The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on time and high quality regulatory reports.
  • Strictly follow the operation manual and adhere to regulations, internal policies in day- to –day responsibilities including timely submission of related reports and documents.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness on the regulatory reporting.
  • Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level. To achieve established standard.
  • Responsible for the management of information and reporting systems
  • Should be able to provide intelligent analysis by using all available and relevant data
  • Ensures the data integrity according to information security and integrity policies
  • Correct design and execution of control mechanisms
  • Generates and maintains documentation of existing reports or MIS
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Above 2 years relevant experience in a related role within trade / cash operation/reporting
  • High proficiency in Excel and aptitude in Access, Word, Visual Basic Prior
  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail
  • High responsibility, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge in banking local authorities (PBOC, SAFE, CBRC) regulations
  • Effective communication and analytical skills both in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to establish effective working relationship amongst staff and foster group cohesiveness and teamwork
  • Willing to work under pressure 
  • Must be self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets
  • Good at time management


Education:

  • MS or BS degree in Computer Science / Econometrics / Finance
