- 具有 2-5 年的技术基础架构(教育/专业)经验,并有运营流程变更和改进方面的知识

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the operational support of network for Citi China securities company, which includes multiple platforms, manufacturers, and technologies.
- Participates in collaborating with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all installations meet specifications.
- Provide fast response to network problems of high priority, severity, and impact, escalating as appropriate.
- Act directly on incidents and tasks of greater complexity or priority assigned to the team.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication and persuasive skills; be able to manage communication with multiple audiences during problem-solving and crisis management.
- Keep up with the Citi network/infra standard, act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Collect business requirement and interpret to proper technical components and support business to follow proper process
- Assist project team on service ensure timely project delivery
- Manage vendor on proper service delivery
- Support and assist regional operation team on incident handling
- Communicate with relevant teams to provide frequent status updates regarding the technical issue, status of the remediation efforts, and ongoing business impact
- Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in a network engineer role (education/professional) with demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement
- CCNA or above
- Experience in networks and telecommunications in large-scale environments, such as Carrier, Manufacturers, Multi-Account Global Services, or a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Effective diagnostic and analysis skills. Mature analytical and communications skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience in Financial Services or a broad global or complex environment preferred.
- Ability to provide rapid response to problems, leading multidisciplinary teams virtually.
- Ability to work with personal and virtual teams and work under pressure or for rapid resolution of critical incidents

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
