Key Responsibilities   

  • This business management role supports the China Markets organization comprising of Investor Sales, Corporate Sales, Trading and Local Market Treasury.
  • Reports to the China Markets CAO.
  • The individual will work closely with the Asia Markets Regional Product Business CAOs and China Sales Desk Heads.
  • The individual will liaise with support functions building relationships with client facilitations, credit risk, market risk, operations, client on-boarding, finance and technology to develop and deliver on business strategy.
  • The individual will create & provide effective metrics to the Desk Heads, China Markets head and Regional Management teams.
  • Conduct pro-active project risk management, including actionable risk mitigation strategies
  • The individual will take an important role implementing and enhancing the control framework for China Markets, including control monitoring, operational loss processes, and investigation and developing and driving corrective actions. 
  • Other ad-hoc administration tasks that support the activities of the business including PowerPoint presentations and excel analysis.
  • The role is also key to enabling business growth in China through facilitating new business initiatives, product expansion and driving technology change within the business and will cover a range of identified opportunities in Sales teams.


  • Knowledge of Core Macro products (FX, Rates, etc) is essential. Keen interest in learning about the evolving regulatory and control environment.
  • 5+ experience OR outstanding academic background with can-do attitude.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin preferred
  • The individual must possess excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills as well as be project oriented with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure environment.
  • Positive, motivated, proactive self-starter.
