  • The role mainly focus on executing business strategy, facilitating system transformation and providing full leadership and supervisory responsibility.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of product related systems within area of expertise.
  • Experienced in project management with execution of raising business requirement, formulating testing plan, UAT/PAT testing and coordinating the overall change requirement with the full ownership of product manager.
  • Capable to resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against regulations, policies, guidelines or processes.
  • Collaborate with Tech team, Digital Banking team, cross-functional users and external third parties in the day-to-day management of product delivery and system enhancement with strong communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Execute partner / vendor due diligence and management according to internal policy requirement.
  • Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
  • Be responsibility for the overall system performance, such as system stability, data quality, regulatory posting and sufficient control. Able to identify room for improvement and formulate solutions.
  • Implement controls to ensure compliance of regulation and internal policy.


  • Experience in project management and financial industry with background of lending or internet finance is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and manage unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Good team spirit and personal skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
