Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop credit card marketing and communication plan to drive customer overall engagement, spending and stickiness
  • Track and fine-tune tactical program and recurring programs results for improving customer engagement level  
  • Support program fulfillment and compliant case handling.
  • Support regular communication and marketing material design
  • Maintain merchant partnership and offer related communication to customers

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and English is a must
  • Strong creative, strategic thinking and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to handle pressure, can manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks well
  • Good communication and presentation skill with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
