The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the four core functions at Citi: Global Functions, Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Banking, Enterprise O&T

  • GPA of 3.3 or above

El Cajero es un puesto de nivel inicial responsable de asistir en la ejecución de actividades de la sucursal, que incluyen la prestación diaria de servicios que implican interactuar con el cliente las transacciones de procesamiento, en coordinación con la función de Servicio al Cliente. El objetivo general es proporcionar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y ayudar a la sucursal a generar ganancias al ofrecer soluciones óptimas.


•Prestar servicios como primer punto de contacto para los clientes de Citi y proporcionar una primera impresión positiva a partir de un servicio al cliente eficaz y amigable.

•Llevar a cabo transacciones bancarias eficaces y precisas, que incluyen el manejo del efectivo de la sucursal, el procesamiento de depósitos en efectivo entrantes/salientes, y el mantenimiento del dinero en efectivo de la bóveda de la sucursal.

•Identificar oportunidades de derivaciones para nuevos productos y servicios en función de los objetivos financieros del cliente.

•Educar a los clientes sobre oportunidades digitales y de autoservicio que ofrece Citi.

•Cumplir las políticas del banco, los controles operativos y los procedimientos normativos para garantizar la seguridad del cliente y de los activos del banco.

•Garantizar que se satisfagan todas las necesidades de los clientes y se gestionen de manera eficaz los problemas/asuntos de los clientes y, si es necesario, redirigir los problemas a instancias superiores.

•Tener buen conocimiento de las cuentas de los clientes y de nuevos productos y servicios ofrecidos.


•Preferencia de experiencia previa relevante.

•Experiencia comprobada en ventas y servicio al cliente.

•Experiencia en manejo de dinero.

•Habilidades eficaces de comunicación y resolución de problemas.

•Capacidad para trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo.


•Escolaridad mínima Bachillerato o preparatoria concluida.
