The Field Sales Representative 5 is an entry-level position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales Team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
  • Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
  • Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
  • Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
  • Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
  • Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
  • Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in financial sales preferred
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

El Representante de ventas de campo 5 es un puesto de nivel de entrada responsable de proporcionar asistencia de servicio al cliente y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicación asignados, en coordinación con el Equipo de ventas al consumidor más amplio. El objetivo general es utilizar una amplia gama de conocimiento del producto para construir relaciones con los clientes con el fin de reconocer qué productos y servicios financieros satisfacen sus necesidades.

Responsabilidades:


• Establecer y mantener cuentas de alto valor proporcionando asesoramiento profesional y experto y promoviendo carteras de alto nivel y otros productos financieros.
• Realice los procesos, procedimientos y diálogos verbales necesarios para personalizar de manera efectiva las ofertas y vender de manera cruzada un amplio conjunto de productos y servicios a los clientes existentes.
• Analizar los intereses de los clientes nuevos y existentes, los problemas y la necesidad potencial de nuevos productos y servicios.
• Recibir y procesar solicitudes de servicio para que los clientes logren su transferencia y tengan un bajo porcentaje de rechazos en las certificaciones de clientes.
• Desarrollar y mantener el conocimiento de productos y servicios, así como mantenerse actualizado sobre las reglamentaciones aplicables asistiendo a programas de capacitación internos.
• Lograr o superar los objetivos de ventas decididos establecidos por la gerencia
• Adherirse a las estrictas leyes y regulaciones que rigen las prácticas de Televentas en un entorno de ventas complejo
• Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y salvaguardando a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, normas y reglamentos aplicables, adherirse a la Política, aplicar un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y prácticas comerciales, y escalar, gestionar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia.

Calificaciones:

• 2-4 años de experiencia relevante
• Experiencia previa en ventas financieras preferida
• Competentes habilidades informáticas y tecnológicas.
• Demuestra constantemente una comunicación verbal y escrita clara y concisa.
• Conocimiento práctico de las regulaciones financieras relevantes.
• Habilidades efectivas de resolución de problemas y negociación.
• Influencia demostrada y habilidades de gestión de relaciones

Educación:

•Bachillerato concluido
