Treasury and Trade Solutions is an integral part of Citi's Institutional Client Group, serving public sector clients, corporates and financial institutions in over 120 countries. Citi TTS North America has been awarded the 2015 Best Transaction Banking House in North America by Euromoney Awards, the 2015 Best Trade Finance Bank by Global Finance and the 2015 Top 5 Card issuer by the Nilson Report. The North America Implementation team owns all client implementation projects with varying degrees of product and geographic complexity for new and existing clients.
Technical Integration Manager (TIM) is responsible for designing the optimal approach for integrating client business platforms with global TTS services and driving the execution of the resulting solution. Acting as the central point of contact for the client regarding the technology aspects of a cash management project, the TIM is the subject matter expert for Citi's automation channels and coordinates with internal global partners (e.g. product, operations, technology, regional TIMs) to ensure delivery of the technical integration design within agreed upon timeframes and with full ownership of the process from client commitment through go-live and post implementation support.
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and closure of technical integration solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in a consultative role with clients for TTS file channel product offerings to ensure client's cash management automation needs are met.
Build work orders, create datasets, and initiate any related system set-ups with TTS channel services, for test and production, to install the client integration solution.
Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing plans with client technology teams and internal partners to the satisfaction of all parties.
Support the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Statements of Work, and other project documentation.
Provide technical expertise to the sales process by supporting request for proposal response preparation; attend client solutioning calls and present at pre-win sales events.
Partner with Sales and Product to identify and address global capability development.
Coordinate with Citi's Technology group and vendors to install, program, test, and set up changes to TTS file service platforms.
Educate and train clients on operational and service procedures as well as product capabilities and data translation.
Share and interpret file specifications including Payment and Country Rules with client technical resource team for all payment types and payment products.
Proactively enroll in development training to hone skills and enable lateral/ promotional movement.
Consistently meet scorecard objectives and maintain top scores on Voice of the Client surveys.
- Adhere to all compliance procedures.

Education and Experience:
- BA/ BS with 2 years of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience
Certification is a plus. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Project Management Institute, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Manager (CCM)
Industry Knowledge: Strong technology and cash management knowledge.
5+ years of project management experience required
File conversion, connectivity and integration experience
One or more of below highly desirable:
Experience with treasury/ Accounts Payables modules of ERP and treasury systems (SAP, Oracle, Sungard, etc.) used by large corporations and prior experience in treasury integration in ISOXML environment.
Exposure to Corporate Treasury and/ or Accounts Payable working in a Payment Factory, in-house Bank or Shared Service Center
- Payments connectivity using API (Application Programming Interface) based integration protocols
