The primary responsibility of this position is to enable our Technology clients to change the world through providing the financial infrastructure that support their various products and services.  The individual will be responsible for delivering the best of what Citi has to offer to our global Technology clients as a Global Solution Sales individual contributor.

The portfolio will focus on sales and relationship building for Mega-Cap Technology companies.  The key duties include: origination of new opportunities (green field or cross sell), winning new opportunities, defending existing business, realizing revenue from wins, and maintaining industry-leading customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will take an entrepreneurial approach to their portfolio to diversify calling centers beyond traditional Treasury / Finance to include product, engineering, business development and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities Defined:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, taking global / regional / local accountability for delivering the TTS platform.
  • Act as the primary global point of contact and accountability for TTS global/regional/ local sales origination and related activities to the assigned portfolio of clients in partnership with the Corporate and Investment banking teams.
  • Global / Regional / Local responsibility to grow the TTS revenues; focused on finding new opportunities at emerging clients for the bank, while building trusted advisor status.
  • Cultivate client contacts in the key buying centers (across multiple levels) that allocate and influence the client’s TTS-related wallet in order to: (1) Determine client objectives & financial needs that can be addressed through the TTS platform and; (2) Identify opportunities for new deals across TTS product set and geographies including multi-product requirements.


  • A highly motivated and experienced senior Salesperson with a track record of prospecting new clients and driving new revenues within a portfolio of multi-national corporations.  The individual should have financial sales, payment partnerships, or corporate treasury experience.
  • The individual should put the customer at the center of any activities and able to operate at all levels within the client’s organization.
  • Knowledge of the Technology and / or adjacent sectors.


  • Proven track record of successful client sales management with Treasury, Engineering, Product, Business Development, and eCommerce clients.


  • Forward looking strategic thinker with good judgment and a practical understanding of client / sales dynamics.
  • Creative, innovative, and high energy with strong initiative to drive outcomes.
  • Strong execution skills: thorough follow-through & attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and trusted team player.


  • University Degree, bachelors required.
  • Ability to conduct financial analysis through a detailed understanding of financial statements.
