Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) has operations in over 25 countries with local expertise contributed by in-country commercial bankers. The US CCB targets clients with revenues between $10M – $3B and support a range of financial solutions: treasury and trade solutions; term and working capital financing, and foreign exchange services. The Business provides specialty lending including Loan Syndications, Asset-Based Lending as well as Cash Management, Trade, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivatives products. CitiBusiness Online & CitiDirect, Citibank's web-based banking platforms, support a full range of domestic & global transaction and reporting capabilities in a secure environment.

Role Description

The Commercial Bank Cash & Trade Market Management team drives the cash platform& product commercialization, industry focused strategies and sales enablement. This includes staying abreast of product innovation efforts, industry changes and disruptions, analyzing product metrics to identify revenue / target market opportunities, communicating successes and products sales momentum as well as improving marketing / product training materials. The role will require partnering closely with Sales, Bankers, and Product Managers to successfully execute on the key business priorities and initiatives. The role will also work closely with cross functional partners such as TTS Market Management, Product Management and Marketing teams to create tailored materials to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

Key requirements for the role, include:

  • Drive platform and product revenue growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives for the cash solutions, which includes products on the CitiDirect and CitiBusiness Online platforms.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to build out industry specific expertise within the sales teams. Identify Citi value proposition and new opportunities within the different industry segments and sub-segments.
  • Identify the product fit and use cases across industries and client segments for newly launched products across CCB and TTS platforms.
  • Facilitate lost deal reviews with sales and product to help gather data/feedback and identify new platform and product investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new product development / innovation opportunities for the US CCB client segments and / or industries.
  • Partner with Sales, Bankers, Product Managers, among others to map out ecosystem flows, and design and promote tailored Cash solutions for clients and prospects.

  • Ability to work with and build relationships with multiple organizations and stakeholders, including Sales, Banking, Marketing, and Senior Management.
