Portfolio Lending Manager is responsible in driving growth of portfolio balances, as well as, overseeing the revenue growth for the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution of strategies and management of campaigns to drive installment balances

  • Identify opportunities to drive incremental installment balances

  • Partner with sales leaders to meet volume and product targets and support business plans and initiatives

  • Focus on digital and ensure that digital programs are a significant contributor to overall volume numbers

  • Lead generation and campaign management

  • Responsible for reporting sales results and reasons for successes

  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and seamless customer experience

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective business execution

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong organization and program execution skills

  • Effective analysis and decision making skills with the ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions

  • Able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment  

  • Able to multi-task and manage time and competing priorities to deliver effective outcomes

  • Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Marketing or related discipline
