The Treasury Global Process Owner/Transformation Office works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in EIO&T and business partners in ICG and GCB.

The Treasury GPO Solutions Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting transformation workstreams that deliver improved liquidity monitoring and reporting, with a focus on regulatory liquidity automated reporting solutions.  This role requires a background in liquidity reporting and/or large scale change management efforts, combined with a disciplined, process-oriented approach to delivery, the ability to function in a dynamic and fluid environment, strong attention to detail and a willingness to drive multiple efforts simultaneously. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery and governance of the FR 2052a reporting infrastructure, including rules based solutions to generate the US LCR, NSFR and Short-Term Wholesale Funding (STWF) calculation on the Global Liquidity Reporting System.
  • Implement enhancements and changes to support the new FR 2052a rules that were issued in draft format by the FRB on March 29, 2021 (Immediate area of focus) 
  • Support management in facilitating meetings with stakeholders, ensuring actions and issues are clearly understood and tracked to resolution
  • Support execution and delivery across Banking and Markets within Liquidity change management programs partner organizations globally. Includes the development and management of plans
  • Support solutions that are designed with simplified operating models and with strategic architecture in mind
  • Support the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, escalating any issues associated with the programs
  • Direct analysis of efforts to define requirements, assess data quality, synthesize findings, produce recommendations, and document project artifacts
  • Liaise with challenge functions in compliance and internal audit

Qualifications:

  • Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating transformation environment including process and technology change management
  • Self-starter, strong attention to detail and willingness to, “roll up sleeves” to master the liquidity subject matter at a detailed business level to enhance value add during business requirements discussions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to drive multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery
  • Ability to drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism
  • Communications skills including strong written and verbal executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust message based on different audiences and agendas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, across different work styles, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests 
  • Strong ability to influence people without direct authority; proven program/project management experience
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including graphing pivot tables, reference functions and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including creation of milestones, dependencies and tracking a project plan baseline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience creating senior management level presentations.
  • Specific knowledge of Liquidity, Balance Sheet Management or Forecasting is a plus.

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate level degree a plus
