  • A Strong technologist with at least 13+ years' experience, worked on complex products in diversified technologies.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and performance to deliver multiple releases of complex applications.
  • Engineering mind-set with a proven track record of defining and then executing high performance, resilient trading infrastructure in a structured manner
  • Ability to partner with businesses and other support functions for complex business problems and support issues.
  • Experience in working with distributed multi-location teams.
  • Strong delivery oriented person.

Required Skills:

  • Equity Markets Experience/Knowledge
  • Java + Frontend skills like React\ Angular, Typescript, CSS, D3
  • Stakeholder management

  • University Degree and a Master’s degree is an advantage

  • Execution skills (Quick thinker who can take strategic decisions to implementation, ability to prioritize; analytical thinking and attention to detail);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal skills required for frequent multi-level interaction;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
