Java Developer for Citi Equities Technology with strong analytical and technical ability with 3-8 years experience in Core Java, Multi-threading/Concurrency. Able to work independently, good communication skills, Has experience in working on complex and medium to large projects

This position offers the opportunity to work with globally diverse team to deliver business requirements in Core Java .

main responsibilities :

o Design, development and testing of server and client side code to be able to deliver various enhancements and new features in CitiSmart
o Communicate with global technology team, business analysts and project office for requirements clarification and delivery schedules
o Provide level 3 support in case of production issues/queries from support team

Job Background/context:

• The position is based in Pune, India and will report to the CTC Pune Tech lead
• Candidate will work independently and is highly self motivated. 
* Identifying delivery risks
• Applies skills and knowledge of the tools to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs

Desired Skills:
Must Have:
• 3-8 years experience in Core Java, Design patterns, Multi-threading/Concurrency 
• Has working experience in Unix environment and build tools like maven and unit testing with Junit

Nice to Have:

• Spring
• Continous Integration,uDeploy
• FIX Protocol
• Front Office Order Management

• Ability to work as part of global team and independently
• Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
