The ‘GCCO Risk Manager’ in this position will be a key contributor as part of the Global Consumer CCAR Office by supporting the requirements, design, UAT, implementation, and ongoing management of CCAR/DFAST Stress Testing Process Governance and Controls, administration and documentation of processes and validation of submissions, disclosures and documents including Methodology Documentation, loan hand-off, allocations documents. Responsibilities will include: 


  • E2E analysis of complex business processes and come up with requirements for Automation.
  • Work with various development leads, to prioritize, plan and manage and if required support UAT
  • Prepare BRD or Change request document, seek inputs from process leads and work on the release level planning with Tech, UAT, FRSS
  • Provide expertise for requirements, design approaches, testing and project management.
  • Perform project lead responsibilities for multiple concurrent projects and/or initiatives.
  • Lead and manage projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate and partner with various related other working groups and teams towards successful delivery of CCAR 14A submissions and/or issue resolutions and/or for given work assignment
  • Responsible for global report production process for multiple schedules under CCAR FR-Y14A, including timely and accurate report generation, keeping log for submissions, events and any issues occurring during the process.
  • Manage process flows, user guide and all the system related rule/guidance documents
  • Partner with technology and other partners to address main issues associated to the report production processes with partners
  • Leads the efforts to enhance the current CCAR 14A processes and identifies opportunities to help strengthen the process to facilitate improved forecasting results.
  • Identifies opportunities for standardization and centralization of 14A processes, sharing best practices and recommending plans for implementation.
  • Document CCAR 14A process steps, user guides and create/update required documentation for 14A. Conduct and manage trainings. Review and validate documents as a checker such as methodology document.
  • Drive various global projects/initiatives in regulatory environment to ensure delivery of timely and accurate external/internal reporting and meaningful presentations to seniors.
  • Mentor team members. Lead and manage team if required.


  • 5+ years in Consumer Risk Management with an understanding of Consumer products and credit loss forecasting methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work across levels in risk management and also with other operations and business teams
  • Excellent Presentation skills – adept at presenting effectively to audiences of various sizes and adapting style as necessary
  • Able to identify and influence key decision makers across various levels and functions within the organization
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing external environment and support business in a highly competitive and challenging market
  • Strong project management skills with demonstration of ability to work with Global teams to ensure timely delivery of CCAR requirements
  • Advanced Power Point and Excel skills.
  • Specific knowledge of CCAR stress testing requirements a plus
  • Required project management skills. Understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques a plus.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
