Cash and Trade Proc Analyst2

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Performing Export Letter of Credit advising and Letter of Credit confirmation transactions
• Deliver services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customers' expectations.
• Ensure awareness and full compliance of trade finance’s rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
• Provide technical support to Relationship Managers of LC related matters.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
• Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
• Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.                 

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Proven system development lifecycle skills
• Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective analytic and presentation skills
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
• Able to handle tasks assigned end to end

• Able to handle multitask at the same time

• Able to self-manage the task to meet due date and cut off time.

• Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
