Relationship Management Associate provides support to CCB Relationship Managers in terms of portfolio management, preparation and collection of sales documentation, financial analysis, participation on credit monitoring of clients, coordination of Citi´s services delivery to customers, etc. Next to support of Relationship managers, RMA plays a key role in coordinating the operational activities related to the porfolio of clients and act as back-up of RMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports portfolio management administration (KYC, AML, financials and credit monitoring)
  • Coordination of customer´s documents collection, customer´s account maintenance, support of credit approval processes, coordinates KYC approval process.
  • Day-to-day client servicing, handle and timely resolution of client issues. Takes the lead to coordinate and follow-up across internal departments to solve client needs.
  • Preparation of customer documentation (loan agreements, TMA documentation, account opening and maintenance, etc.)
  • Validates client data and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Developing knowledge of the clients in assigned portfolio to be able to solve recurring or ad hoc operational querries
  • RM back-up
  • Participation on indivudal meetings with customers and prospects and on different stages of sales process
  • Supports RM in prospecting, credit application preparation and approval and post-approval process (monitoring, drawdowns, etc.)
  • Assists RMs in coordination of excellent service delivery to clients globally, in close cooperation with customer and product service desks
  • Responsible for monitoring of team tasks, reports and team deliverables to other departments
  • Provides overall analytical and reporting support to Segment Head (including ad hoc support based on actual needs defined by the Segment Head)

Qualifications and Competencies

Required education

  • Bachelor´s degree, preferably with focus on economics
  • Accounting certificate - advantage

Required skills

  • English language – advanced/intermediate
  • PC skills – intermediate
  • Very good communication skills, client oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn
  • Structured approach, analytical skills

Required experience

  • 1-2Y experience in financial sector

Experience with banking products for corporate customers

This Role is a “Controlled Function” Role as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland Reform Act 2010 and Principal Regulations 2011, and amending Regulations 2014, 2015.
