Responsibilities
The Project Support Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of technology industry standards and practices.
As a Operational Project Support Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collect, measure and analyze project management data
- Identify, track and close project issues
- Communicate and work hand-in-hand with internal and external clients on project objectives
- Guide clients through technical updates
- Assist with clients’ application configuration updates and testing
- Promptly escalate and coordinate resolution of client issues to appropriate project stake holders schedule
- Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in a project management role and customer support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Technical knowledge (understanding of basic Networks and Encryption)
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
