This role serves as the senior TTS Sanction Operations manager and has exposure on EMEA region including cooperation with other regional sanction hubs representatives.

Transaction processing and sanctions knowledge is an advantage for this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Directly/indirectly manage a team of 30 employees
  • Review service quality, production systems, volumes and capacity within managed area
  • Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations
  • Manage performance, identify areas of development/training and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc. of team
  • Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures
  • Serve as backup to the Sanctions Operations Senior Manager
  • Cooperate with Regional Partners on guidelines and dispensations
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related Sanctions, Cash, Trade process on manager position
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Data management and analytical skills
