Who we are
Client Onboarding department
We deliver a streamlined Client experience in all aspects of account opening and maintenance. There are 4 Hubs across the globe to provide service to our Customers.
EMEA Account Maintenance Team
The Team is based in Olsztyn and is part of EMEA Hub located in Poland. We are a Client-facing Team and assist with documentation collecting and processing.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage documentation for maintenance requests.
- Answer any questions you may receive about documentation requirements.
- Assist our Clients with completing documentation.
- Update on the status of account maintenance requests.
- Work to resolve any issues/questions and coordinate required approvals.
- Complete account updates upon receipt of required documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in Client/Customer service
- Very good English as it is the main language for daily communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Like a challenge and are not afraid of solving a problem
- Can identify key priorities and adhere to deadlines
