Cash and Trade Processing Analyst

Opportunity arise to join the fantastic team. This position is placed in Olsztyn within Liquidity & Investment Operations Department. The Cash & Trade Processing Analyst is an analyst level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis
• Investigate and resolve identified causes of data errors
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement and automation
• Work with multiple teams to develop and execute automation testing
• Design and analyze complex reports to support control activities
• Establishes and maintains close working relationship with technology support and with our internal customers to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries in prompt and professional manner
• Ensures awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures and practices
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Requirements:

• Experience in finance will be an asset
• Good knowledge of English
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Good knowledge of  Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) and practical experience in preparing and delivering senior executive-level presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pro-active team player but also able to work independently
• Highly motivated, persistent and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
