This position is a grade level of C05.

o This position is responsible for serving as a single point of contact for specific clients.
o Single point of contact for both the client and Account Executives answering underwriting / closing / processing / suspense questions. 
o The person in this role works closely with clients to aid in managing their suspense pipeline and making the delivery process to CMI as smooth and efficient as possible. 
o Ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of client issues until they reach resolution. 
o All questions / concerns that arise from the day to day business filter through this position. 
o Responsible for component validation of income, assets, credit and collateral. 
o Resolve underwriting, pricing, and system escalations generated by file review. 
o Answer incoming processing or generic correspondent questions via phone queue or team email box. 
o Build and maintain relationships with our external customers. 
o May be responsible to handle conflict or issue resolution with our customers' senior management. 
o Required to do quick underwriting, processing trainings with little or no preparation for customers that could include senior management. 
o Serve as overflow for incoming call queue. 

o High School Diploma or equivalent. 
o Proficiency with Fannie, Freddie, HUD, and CitiMortgage Guidelines. 
o Also must be proficient with RESPA / TIL and other regulatory procedures and practices. 
o Comprehensive knowledge of processing, closing, mortgage origination guidelines, and familiarity with all documents involved in a closed loan. Experience or knowledge working with pricing and CMI systems, including LRS, is a plus. 
o High level of understanding of the mortgage business so that the escalated issues can be resolved without direction from management. 
o Many of these issue require extensive research and a full knowledge of CMI's operations process from start to finish. 
o Advanced level of industry knowledge - Processing, Closing, and Underwriting. Three + years experience in the mortgage industry preferred 
o Must demonstrate good listening, analytical, and problem solving skills. 
o Must come across as knowledgeable and confident. 
o Verbal and written communication skills must be very polished.
o No relocation available
