The Wealth at Work CIM Sales lead is an senior level position responsible for the CIM business in the Wealth at Work segment, including third party, CIM managed, and multi-asset class solutions. This role will set the go to market strategy for the client segment, execute against that plan and be responsible for all aspects related to sales of CIM products to the client base.  The major activities will include (1) the whole-sale and internal education of the CIM platform (2) the uncovering of pipeline through specific sales campaigns and efforts and (3) the support of each sale on an individualized basis as required (including pitches, portfolio consideration, pricing requests, etc).  As part of the broader North America leadership team, this role will work in a collaborative nature with all stakeholders across CGWI, including Bankers, ICs, Client PMs, Portfolio Managers, Product Development, Communications, and risk & control partners. They will also help drive the collaboration through other parts of CGWI’s products such as Alts and capital markets. 


  • Deliver the Wealth at Work financial plan
  • Drive sales for Wealth at Work in CIM
  • New product and capability idea generation
  • Continuously track sales performance and accelerate an integrated sales model
  • Streamline processes, establish and review KPIs needed to grow the business
  • Active engagement with CIM NAM team in setting the strategic priorities for the region, new product priorities, and both short and long term investments


  • 10+  years of relevant experience
  • Proven sales skills & relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of the investment management industry
  • Track record as a collaborative partner
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Expressed interest in investments. (e.g. significant years in industry, CFA candidate or completion)


  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
