The Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Policy & Governance team directly supports Citi’s WCR Credit Risk

Office and has the responsibility for establishing governance for WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures

globally to ensure efficient management of multi-disciplinary processes and regulatory requirements.

As a key member within the WCR Policy & Governance team, the Policy Implementation Manager will drive the process transformation to ensure compliance, reporting, and measurement of implementation and enforcement of the new WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures. This lead will collaborate across ICG/PBWM Businesses, In-Business Credit Risk (IBCR), Risk Management, various Policy teams, Internal Audit, and senior management across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Policy Implementation and Enforcement: engage with Businesses and Global Functions to

track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements. Provide senior management with timely reporting on progress of adherence to Policy.

  • Policy Compliance Monitoring- establish a robust intake, review and challenge, and analysis process on Policy breaches and exceptions. Develop detailed reporting, and analysis for senior management decisioning.  Develop process and reporting for dispensations/waivers.
  • Policy Training: develop and implement training on a large scale to ensure that Citi

stakeholders are knowledgeable in the new WCR requirements, Policy, Standards, etc. This includes developing training materials, and collaborating across the Firm to launch key Citi training programs.

  • Regulatory Engagement- lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy

and related documents.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in governance, process, and controls
  • Strong background in creating and enhancing processes, as well as analytics, and reporting
  • Wholesale Credit Risk or related Risk Management experience and knowledge a plus (not required)
  •  Excellent written, and verbal skills
  •  Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized, flexible
