Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a leading provider of cash management and trade finance/services to corporate, public sector and financial institutions clients around the world. As such, the P&R Strategic Business Operations team will own data and analytical functions to help forward optimal business decisions and client products.

The TTS P&R Business Operations team is responsible for providing senior management insights into key business drivers such as operations, technology, client success, competitive positioning and more. The primary objective is to collect data, analyze and extract meaningful insights to drive the P&R strategic vision globally by leveraging in-depth knowledge.


  • Apply knowledge of data analytics software to contribute to the development of new analytical techniques/tools and to the improvement of processes and workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics dashboards and other BI solutions targeted for business problem solving
  • Design and develop solutions using SQL, Tableau dashboards (Web & Mobile) using Oracle/ Sybase / Big Data as backend technologies.
  • Understand the drivers of business results through data to drive strategy and execution
  • Leverage external data to drive internal results
  • Develop new financial reports and meet with senior finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management
  • Build strong business and finance partnerships across Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions
  • Partner across various cross functional teams including various FP&A teams, Controllers, Treasury, Risk, and business teams
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple deliverables
  • Take a proactive approach to anticipating various demands and analytics needed
  • Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the business
  • Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions
  • Establish consistent reporting to highlight performance and areas of growth
    • Prepare analytics in support of CEO/COO/Senior Leaders Reviews, including business initiatives
    • Execute analysis of product profitability and provide guidance on significant business and product decisions
    • Work across teams to drive implementation of results


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strength in financial analysis
  • An analytical, questioning, and problem-solving mindset, ability to innovate & relate data to business insights
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior business leaders
  • Willing to learn, ambitious and hard working
  • A mature & dependable team player with a positive & pro-active attitude
  • Ability to leverage a remote team effectively
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
