Citibank Online and Citi’s Mobile App are two critical places for Citi customers to manage their finances, gain support when they need assistance and learn about products and offerings available to them.  To maintain engagement with customers a number of strategies are developed to display marketing messages to reach our customers as they are interacting in these channels.

The Post-Login Digital Sales Innovation and Delivery Team is responsible for facilitating the delivery of those strategies to our existing customers, as well as provides consultative and channel management support to the marketing program managers that develop marketing display ads, in order to optimize performance in the channels.

This is accomplished through our strong partnership with marketing, analytical and technical stakeholders to deliver personalized, relevant, and timely communications through smarter targeting powered by Citi’s data infrastructure, real time offer decisioning engine, and technical platforms.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the delivery of digital marketing programs across our Personal Banking and Wealth Management businesses designed to drive increased product and digital engagement while delivering revenue through introducing new and relevant products and offerings.

Manage the various requests balancing capacity across delivery teams that support the digital channels.  Additionally, ensure final placements across CBOL and MBOL are optimized in partnership with our Decision Management and Analytics partners.  Partner to bring test opportunities to further expand marketing opportunities in the digital ecosystem.

Ensure marketing partners have the right access and training to best execute campaigns in a timely manner in order to support USCM goals while adhering to all Citi compliance and controls standards (MCRA, CBORC, etc.)

Partner closely with the technical platform teams (PEGA and Aprimo) to ensure campaign execution through agile scrum teams are as seamless as possible eliminate hurdles that negatively impact execution and revenue while continuing to drive process improvement to deliver more effectively and efficiently with real time decisioning in the offer decision engine.


Qualifications:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience managing digital marketing or related marketing
  • Good understanding of technical requirements for launching digital communications
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with an Agile Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with offer decision engine or Pega customer decision hub is a plus


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
