VP, Global Functions EO&T Talent & Diversity Manager (hybrid)
The Talent & Dev Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for DEI Implementation & Advisory for GF/EO&T, including:
- Analyzing and identifying representation and inclusion gaps; working with communications, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to create a well-rounded plan to highlight senior leader support and enhance visibility of opportunities, access to resources, and knowledge of success stories
- Lead Cross-GF/EO&T In-Business Diversity Council Management. Act as an advisor for new council establishment, governance, and oversight of diversity councils (structure, best practices, diversity action plans)
- Design, implement, track and report on ROI on various DEI partnerships, programs and initiatives engage and partner with relevant external diversity organizations that can serve as pipelines of diverse talent
- Collaborates with the Business, HRA/Recruiting/L&D, Talent & Diversity Partners, external experts etc., globally to execute successfully on the strategy
- In partnership with the business, SHROs, HRAs, Recruitment, L&D and other key partners, identifies, assesses, coaches, and develops a diverse talent pool for the Bank of the future
- Initiates and Designs, implements and communicates DEI initiatives, learning, and enhancements to key processes related to talent review/succession planning, diversity pipelines, talent development, succession, performance management, inclusive culture, etc.
- Ensures that Talent & Diversity outcomes are effectively analyzed, reported and actioned
- Provides ad-hoc support for Talent & Diversity, as needed
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge and experience in Diversity/Talent Management required (6+ years of relevant experience)
- Self-starter with ability to lead and influence cross-business and global teams
- Technically savvy with experience reviewing and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights
- Professionally savvy with experience building strong relationships with a variety of key senior stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
