The PBWM Franchise Risk Organization is a newly created team within Personal Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM).  The Franchise Risk Organization partners with US Personal Banking and Citi Global Wealth Management and focuses on five pillars: Enterprise Risk Management Framework Execution, PBWM Risk Quantification, Global Risk Modeling Utility, Spot RWA Calculations & Analysis, and Product Governance. This role will report to the Director of Global Cards and Unsecured Lending Product Governance and will work closely with regional partners across product management, risk and controls teams to drive global product governance across Cards & Unsecured Lending products.


  • Support monitoring of product inventory updates, quarterly product risk assessments and periodic product reviews:
    • Driving consistency across regions in inventory, risk rating new activity and periodic product reviews
    • Ongoing monitoring of risks metrics across regions
    • Support implementation of cross regional mitigation plans
    • Quarterly monitoring of inventory with connectivity to pre-PAC and PAC decisions
  • Responsible for supporting and coordinating internal stakeholder engagement across all regional product and functional teams (CAO, Risk, ORM, Finance, AIM, Tech) and follow through open items to closure.
  • Collate product, controls and monitoring best practices and execute plans for implementation.
  • Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and manage delivery of the project accordingly to plan.


  • 8+ years of relevant cards / unsecured lending experience with hands on experience on product or risk teams for a large card issuer/ lender preferred
  • Degree or extensive experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, specialized analytics, and/or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with internal/external partners with strong program management skills demonstrated on complex programs in large global firms
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, lead, partner, and negotiate with cross functional teams to deliver client needs, across regions and time zones
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
