Vice President, Fair Employment Practices

The Vice President, Fair Employment Practices, is responsible for driving Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action (EEO & AA) compliance company-wide in the U.S. This team member will provide EEO & AA analyses, training, and consultation to the businesses and functions to enable effective fair employment practices and risk mitigation. The role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on, practitioner experience with regulations enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and time management. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Head of Fair Employment Practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive the company's Affirmative Action Program (AAP) and activities related to maintaining compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies.
  • Identify and address areas of risk and partner with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, evaluate, and track action plans as they relate to AAPs and other program remediation efforts.
  • Conduct workforce data statistical analyses to assess and monitor equal opportunity and affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure company compliance.
  • Prepare and interpret statistical insights for business leaders.
  • Provide AAP insights and consultation to business leaders, HR functions, and other internal partners.
  • Provide EEO & AA training to drive effective implementation of AAPs.
  • Provide support in any audit by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
  • Provide support for regulatory reporting (e.g. EEO-1 and VETS-4212) and business’ Requests For Proposals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with OFCCP enforcement or regulatory compliance and/or AAP development or management
  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Compliance, Human Resources, or Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills to facilitate meetings and conduct trainings
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented team player with strong collaboration, influencing, and problem solving skills
  • Highly attentive to details with strong sense of accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience responding to OFCCP audits
  • Experience with Functional Affirmative Action Plans
  • Financial industry experience
  • Experience in project management

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$116,880.00 - $175,320.00
